Refund -Cancellation

At Hindi Uni, we aim to provide the best learning experience through our courses and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

  1. Course Fee Refund
    All course fees are generally non-refundable once the classes or learning materials have been provided. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, busy schedule, or incomplete attendance.

  2. Refund Eligibility
    A refund may be considered only if:
    – The student has not attended any class.
    – The student has not received any study material or lesson.
    – The request is made within 24 hours of payment.
    Any refund request made after this period will not be accepted.

  3. Technical Issues
    If classes cannot be attended due to technical problems from our side, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost. Refund will not be provided for temporary internet or device issues from the student’s side.

  4. Class Rescheduling
    If a student misses a session, the class can be rescheduled only if the trainer agrees and time allows. Missed classes are not refundable.

  5. Cancellation of Course
    If Hindi Uni cancels a course due to unforeseen reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the classes already completed.

  6. Refund Method
    Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
